Q: Can i have a sample order ?
A: Yes we welcome sample order to test and check quality. Sample shipping charges has to be paid by the customer.

Q:What about the lead time?
A: Most sample needs 7 days to dispatch, in special design / customization more time may be required, mass production time needs 2-3 weeks for most orders.

Q: How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: we usually ship by DHL, UPS, Skynet, TNT, DPEX, Parcel force, Fedex. It usually takes 3-6 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping also optional.

Q: How to proceed an order ?
A: To order
1. Kindly conform quantity and specs
2: We will give final confirmation of piece and invoice will be issued
3. Customer will make the payment
4. We start right away after payment received

Q: Is it OK to print my logo on the product ?
A: yes. Custom logo can be printed on them.

Q: Are you a factory or Trading Company?
A: Yes, we have two factories.

Q: Can we use our own Logo or Design?
A: Yes, we do provide OEM, ODM and Buyer Logo services.

Q:Can you make my sample if I only send you photo?
A: Sure can, we can make your product if you send us clear photo.
