A.We have our own QA and QC team. They will check on site and finished products to ensure all details to meet our highest standard and the customer's requirements.
2. What is your payment terms?
A. We accept T/T, L/C, Alipay,etc.
3. How long is your lead time?
A. For stock or regular products, our lead time is 7 to 10 days. For custom-made products, our lead time is 15 to 20 days.
4. What is your warranty?
A. Our warranty is 12 months. Parts have free replacement excluding artificial damage in Warranty. During warranty period, shipping cost of replacement products or parts are our responsibility.Beyond the warranty period, we provide spare parts to customers at factory cost.
