Working Principle
- Mixing system is composed of electric motor, reducer, exposed gear, and lubrication system.There are two horizontal mixing shafts in the mixing drum, and the mixing blades are fixed at the two mixing shafts.
- The reducer with double gear is driven by electric motor, and the two shafts driven by exposed gear are rotating in the opposite direction at the same speed.
- There is one discharge gate at the bottom of the mixing drum, discharging by manual handle or pneumatic device.
Details
Electric lubricating pump
National patent host monitoring system can monitor hydraulic pump ,retarder oil temperature, oil level. Users could discover and deal with faults in time, which could improve the service life.
Decelerator
High performance angular transmission decelerator and motor bring the whole machine stable running with low noise, large output torque and durability.
Mixingblades
The mixing system adopt the design of multi mixing blades, free of dead corner, which enables to have the perfect mixing efficiency in a short time.
Discharging system
Advanced hydraulic discharging door . In condition of sudden power outage ,the discharging door can be opened by hand, prevent concrete from lumping in the mixer.
