Q1: Can you offer sample before order placed?

A1: Yes, as long as we have stocks, it can be free to old customers. And for new customers, triple value of sample will be required, but we will return back after the first order.

Q2: What is your MOQ ?

A2:  For stock items you only need to meet 100 pcs, more quantity more cheaper.

Q3: Can you do OEM/ODM?

A3: Welcome, we have many year experiences on this part.  

Q4: How do you make the shipment?

A4: For urgent or small order,  you can choose the following express: DHL, UPS, Fedex, TNT, EMS.  For large bulk order, we advise to ship by sea/air to save shipping costs.  

Q5: How long can I get the sample or goods?

A5: Generally, the lead time of sample is 3-7days after sample fee received, and the lead time of bulk production is 15-35days from the day you confirm the PP sample. 

Q6: How about the payment methods?

A6: Normally we accept 30% deposit T/T before production, and balanced 70% before shipment. Also LC is acceptable for the order amount is more than $30,000.
