1) What is your blank mug MOQ?
Our blank mug moq is 1000pcs. We could mix different items in one order quantity in 1000pcs. Like one type 200pcs, second type 500pcs and the third type 300pcs.
2) Can you offer custom print service? How can I send my design?
Yes, all of our products could be customized with your own design. Please send your design to our seller for a reviewing at first.
3) What is your printed mug MOQ?
Our printed mug moq is not fixed. For 11oz white mug as example, the moq quantity for printing is 48pcs to start.
If you need other types, please contact seller to see the moq quantity.
4) Can you offer samples before full order?
Yes, we could offer sample for blank and printed item according to your need.
5) How do you delivery my package?
We will choose air, express or sea shipment ways. Our shipment way is according to your order quantity to decide.
