Q: Do you have installers or can you send installation team to project site?
A: Normally, we provide you with installation manual or instructions.

A: Our packages are with protective packing materials inside and iron pallets which are strong and durable.
Q: What will you do if the windows were damaged when I open the packages?
A: If the windows were damaged when you received, please send us photos and we will replace you with new ones freely.

A: Yes, we can design products according to customers’ specific requirements and accept customized designs as well.

A: 38~45 days after deposit and drawing signature, as extrusion profile need 25 days to reach us.

A: Normally, 50% of total amount by T/T as deposit and rest of the balance should be deposit before delivery.

A: Color available from the colorbond, RAL, interpon or real color sample.
