HTD 800 Chemical Industrial Dry Powder Bin Blender Pharma Mixing Machine

This machine has such functions as lifting, mixing and falling automatically. It can be equipped with various specifications of mixing hoppers to meet the mixing requirements of many varieties and different batches, which is the ideal equipment for total blending in pharmaceutical factories. At the same time, this machine has been widely used in pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries.

Working Principle and Characteristics

This machine mainly consists of vertical pillar, baseplate, rotation fork frame, driving system, braking system and control system. Push the mixing hopper into rotation fork frame and lock up the screw bolts; then start the control system to lift the hopper to mixing height and fix it reliably. The driving system will drive this machine to mix automatically according to the setting time and revolution speed. After the mixing finished, the rotation fork frame will stop in vertical direction and the hopper will fall to the ground automatically; then the machine stops and prints the process data. Finally, loosen the screw nuts of rotation fork frame to transfer the hopper to next procedure.

This hopper blender is a new model machine developed by our company based on widely absorbing foreign advanced technology and combining with national condition. After the mixing process finishes, the hopper can continue to lift to the technology required height for the convenience of discharging material.

This machine is reasonable in structure and stable in performance, convenient to operate, without any dead angle or exposed screw. The rotation body (mixing hopper) is at an angle of 30 degree to the rotation axis. The material in the hopper turns over along with rotation body; at the same time, it makes tangential movement along the hopper wall to produce intense rotation and high-speed tangential motion to reach the best mixing result.

This machine adopts PLC auto-control. It’s equipped with infrared safety device and discharging butterfly valve with anti-misoperation device to guarantee the production safety. The material can pass through each procedure orderly in the same container without shifting and feeding frequently to avoid cross contamination and dust pollution, not only effectively solve the problems of material loss and stratification, but also optimize the production technology, which completely meeting the GMP requirements.

12 (twelve) months guarantee time. During this Warranty period, we will provide free spare parts that cause by the machine’s quality within 10 days by fast courier upon receipt of buyer’s notice. We will also provide one set of spare parts/wear & tear parts to customer along with the shipment of the machine.
