Purpose of drying meat
The purpose of drying is to remove water or solvent from some raw material and semi-finished products so as to facilitate the packing,transportation,storage,processing and use of material.
Meat drying machine
The meat drying machine with the hot air circulation method can choose through-flow type. The air duct adopts the through-flow type. The working principle of meat drying equipment
The meat dryer can be equipped with a booster fan and a booster pipe in the drying room. Generally, the booster pipe can be installed on one side of the drying room, and one end of the booster pipe is connected to the booster fan. The booster fan can suck air through the booster pipe. The working principle is to suck in the hot air for drying meat products, which increases the pressure in the air supply chamber and the air volume of the air outlet, forming the air volume cycle of the drying room, which makes the drying time of meat products more Shorter, more energy-efficient, further improve the working efficiency of the meat product dryer, grasp these two points, the meat products will dry faster.
