II. Main structure for paper making machine
1.Double wire section:
Open type head box, recitify through double evener roll, covered with stainless steel, wire drive roll with diving device, forming board, water scraper plate, high and low vacuum suction box, wire tight screw device, adjuster etc. Equipped with caintilever type wire-chaning device, paper carrying fom wire part to press part by blowing device.
2.Press section:
K type press: Φ800mm ×2450mm × 3000mm natural marble roll 1 set, Φ750mm × 2450mm × 3000mm vacuum press roll 1 set, Φ700mm × 2450mm × 3000mm rubber roll 1 set, rubber shore hardness 98 ± 2 SR.
