Order Quantity:
Question: Do you accept smaller or larger quantity orders?
Answer: Yes we do! A custom quote may be required to confirm pricing, so, please reach out to us for more information.
Sample Request: Question: Can I request for an free sample order? Answer: Because each costume/armor is made to order, free samples are not available. However, for wholesale and bulk orders, we are happy to send out a sample to confirm quality and sizing; upon placing your final order, the amount can be deducted from the final total.
OEM & ODM Question: Can I add on my own logo, labels and tags? Answer: Absolutely! You can send us a pre-designed logo, or our design team can also provide paid design services.
Quality Guarantee Question: If we are not happy with the quality of the products, what can you do to help? Answer: If you are 100% satisfied with your order, please reach out to our support team and we're happy to help with a return or exchange request.
