The LR-G200 integrated rebar detector is a portable intelligent NDT apparatus designed for structural detection of reinforced concrete, with the ability to accurately detect the protection thickness and diameter of rebars from the surface of reinforced concrete and to accurately analyze how rebars are distributed inside the concrete.


Functions and features


1. A host-sensor integration with small volume, promising easier, faster operation.


2. A combination of a high-power transmitting coil with groups of smaller coils, boasting greater accuracy and higher resolution.


3. A high-accuracy grating sensor allowing more precise scanning of displacement and rebar spacing.


4. Multiple scan mode options adapted to a range of measuring applications, with procedural scan capable of performing fixed-point remeasurement to conform to the required detection procedure.


5. Support for large/small-range detection with longer scanning distance of up to 65 m, making data detection more flexible.


6. Support for multiple stirrup correction, making detection results more accurate.


7. Support for both USB wired and wireless data transmission, making data uploading more convenient.


 


8. A 3.2-inch 65K color LCD screen providing higher resolution and better display, together with a capacitive touch screen facilitating faster man-machine interaction.
