The stage of tree bark carbonization process:
Per sets of carbonization stove per day can produce 2.5-3 ton charcoal.It also according to the raw material and moisture.
The carbonization stove carbonize time around 6-8 hours,when the machine finished carbonize,by using the hoisting equipment to take the inner stove out and make another inner stove with coconut shell put into the coconut shell carbonization stove. So the carbonized raw material will cool itself at outside.
For one outer stove with three inner stove,it can recycle using and save time.
There have purification tank,the smoke through this tank and clean energy come back to the bottom of carbonization stove.So the energy is recycle using.Another hand,it can protect the environment.
