Product Introduce                                                                                            

CJF series high pressure reaction kettle also named stainless steel high pressure reaction kettle reaction vessel,or high pressure autoclave kettle. It adopts static sealing structure and SS304 or SS316L stainless steel. The magnetic stirrer is connected between the agitator and the motor drive. Due to its non-contact transmission torque, the static seal is used instead of the dynamic seal. And mixing parts work in a completely sealed state, so it is more suitable for a variety of flammable, explosive, highly toxic, precious media and other highly permeable chemical media for stirring reactions. It is petroleum, chemical, organic Leak-free reaction equipment for synthesis, polymer material polymerization, food, etc.

We supply 0.1L,0.25L,1L,2L,3L,5L,10L,20L,30L,50L volume stainless steel high pressure reactor.

The material of Kesheng brand stainless steel high pressure chemical  reactor is SS304 or SS316L stainless steel.

The design pressure less than 22Mpa,Max temperature less than 350 degree.

This machine adopt PID automatic temp regulation,stirring speed, temperature,time and heating voltage all can be digital displaied.

There also some optional configurations like:Motor current meter ;presusure digital display;computer software etc.

SThe gauges clear instrctions and stability,with good vibration resistance.

2.Above picture is kettle lid. The kettle cover can be removed convenient.

There also have the contanst pressure funel and liquid charging valve.

3.This is the digital display controller of SS304 ,SS316L stainless steel high pressure reactor.

The speed,temperature,time and heating voltage all can be digital displaied.
