1. Can you put our logo on the product and the packaging?
    Yes, we can. For large quanitty, we can make a new mold with your LOGO. For small quantity, we can print your LOGO on the product. For the packaging, we can make the head card or colored box as per your design. 

2. Can you customize the product?
    Yes, we can. We can adjust the the structure and size to meet your purpose in a better way. We can customize the product as per your design. Or you let me know what you need, and we can design for you. 

3. How do you control the quality?
    We have full time QC. We supervise and the control the quality of every order. We will check the quality at least 3 times, at the start of the production, when half of the orders are finished, and after all the products are packed.  Any unqualified products will be prevented from shipping. 

4. What is the production lead time?
    It's usually 20~30 days for small orders. For large orders, it depends on your quantity. We have experiences of dealing with large orders. We can ship the goods at the required shipping date, not later or earlier. 

5. Do you provide free samples? 
    For most products, we provide the sample for free. You just need to pay the international freight cost. If you have an agent in China, we can send the sample to your agent's address. 

6. How do we make the payment? 
    We prefer that you make the payment through Trade Assurance. It's designed to protect the buyer in a better way and make the trade easier for both the buyer and the seller.
