Q1: Can I choose the colors of the product ?
A: Most of the procut can choose the colors u want , just leave a message to us what colors u need. otherwise we will send it our random.
Q2: What's the MOQ if I want to print my own brand / logo ?
A: Generally speaking MOQ is 1000 pcs/ Model.
Q3: Can I order less than MOQ quantity if I want to print my brand / logo? Because I can't buy so many goods.
A: It is hard for us to make less than MOQ. Firstly, the suppiler will not accept order less than MOQ. including plastic cases, color box and other packing material . This is industiral production, not the handmaking . we really regret for this limits . Thus, usually we suggest customers it's better to buy our stock goods directly.
Q4: How long it can send out the product ?
A: In normally , after u make the payment , It can send out in 1-3 business days.
About our samples 1) The delivery time for samples is 3 days. 2) All of our samples for OEM products is in low price. 3) Samples fees for ODM orders can be refund to you when you make order. About our Warranrty time All of our products have 1 year warranty. If any problem in 1year, we could do new for you.
