Emulsifying Mixer Pot
Material: SUS316L stainless steel, electrical heating and water-cooling.Structure: 3-layer, upper and down closure heads. The upper closure head joints with tank body by flange, and the down closure head joints with tank body directly. The inner layer of the tank body is made of SUS316L stainless steel with thickness of 4mm, and interior surface is polished by 300 MESH (sanitary level). The middle layer of tank body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with thickness of 3mm, with max working pressure of 0.09MPa.; The external layer of tank body is made of SUS304 stainless steel with thickness of 2mm, and surface is polished by 300 MESH (sanitary level). All the welding joints should be polished after ground. The transition of junction will adopt the forms of arc-flanging type. The thermal insulating layer adopts PU polyurethane foaming process.

3.5.1 PLC is S7-200 series from Siemens, Germany 3.5.2 Touch screen is Smart-1000 10.4” from Siemens Company 3.5.3 Mixing speed can be adjusted and displayed on the touch screen, as well as temperature display of each pot, high and low temperature limitation setting, controlling of automatic valve, setting of Emulsifying time and slow speed emulsifying mixing time, Controlling function of hydraulic lifting system etc., all these functions can be operated through touch screen. Electric elements: From Siemens Transducer: From Panasonic Button/switch: From FUJI Japan Temperature sensors are high quality from well-known domestic companies.
