A:We have 2 choices for inner box: neutral boxand customized color box with MOQ.

5.Q: What's the delivery time?
A: Delivery time based on quantity. It usually takes about 15-25 working days to produce one order.

6.Q: How is the payment terms?
A: Order support normally T/T 30% in advance and T/T 70% before shippment. And less MOQ ORDER need pay full advance, then place to produce.

7.Q: Can I mix different models in one container?
A: Yes, different models can be mixed in one container, but the quantity of each model should not be less than MOQ.

8.Q: How does your factory do regarding quality control?
A: UPWOOD places great emphasis on its quality control. Advanced CNC centers and CNC machines ensure every part we made are of high precision, imported torque meters display the exact torque of all tools, skilled testers inspect every single tools and accessory before.
