The machine is a deep hole machine, suitable for maximum skiving &burnishing  diameter 160mm, the maximum length of 8000 mm workpiece . It is Widely used in the cylinder industry, coal industry, steel industry, chemical industry, military and other industries deep hole parts processing.

The Machine tools is equipped with high efficiency automatic combination tools. The two combination tool  adopt  fine boring & burnishing processing, diameter processing margin  is 1mm. To machine  150 hole as an example: diameter margin 1mm (after rough boring or precision cold draw steel tube), feed rate can reach 300 ~ 1000mm / min (depending on the  material); processing roughness can reach Ra0. 1 ~ 0.4μm, dimensional accuracy up to IT7 ~ IT9, the processing efficiency is  3 to 5 times  of  the traditional deep hole machine.

The machine is equipped with a hydraulic tool draw back system. After machining is completed, the hydraulic system drives the core rod to reduce the size of the skiving& roller burnishing tool diameter. The tool returns to the pressure head. The hydraulic system pulls the core rod to have the tool return to its original size. The processing method is particularly applicable to a variety of hydraulic cylinders, cylinders and other precision pipe boring and rolling batch processing
