A: Sure! you can get the free sample, but you should pay for the sample freight.Samples will be ready for delivery in 3-5 days after confirmation. It will be sent to you by express and arrived in 3-7 work days.You can use your own express account or prepay us if you not have an account.

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.2%. Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new product with new order for small quantity. For defective batch products, we will repair them and resend them to you or we can discuss the solution i ncluding re-call according to real situation.
