Can you offer us a few samples ?
After we know clearly all your requirements, we can offer some stock samples for free but you pay for shipping. If you need customized sample based on your design and requirements, there is reasonable sample cost and shipping cost charged accordingly.
What is the lead time?
Normally 4~6 days for sample order, according to the exact model and craft. 8~10 days for mass production, according to the quantity. Please confirm the specific lead time with sales when you order.
What kind of artwork/design file should I send if customized?
A: Vector grafic by AI, CDR, Photoshop or PDF is the best. If you do not have it, HD PNG pictures with transparent background is also OK, but its printing effect will not be as good as vector format.
If I find some goods are not good, what will you do?
Please send us some pictures or videos to show the problem, and also ship some back to us to check the exact reason, after that we will send some good ones to you to replace them. And we can also avoid it in next order.
