The working principle of meat drying equipment
The meat dryer can be equipped with a booster fan and a booster pipe in the drying room. Generally, the booster pipe can be installed on one side of the drying room, and one end of the booster pipe is connected to the booster fan. The booster fan can suck air through the booster pipe. The working principle is to suck in the hot air for drying meat products, which increases the pressure in the air supply chamber and the air volume of the air outlet, forming the air volume cycle of the drying room, which makes the drying time of meat products more Shorter, more energy-efficient, further improve the working efficiency of the meat product dryer, grasp these two points, the meat products will dry faster.temperature (18°C~75°C), humidity (10%~99%), and drying time (0.1 hour~2500 hours) of the heat pump dryer.
The drying process
Squid is generally required to be carried out at a relatively low temperature, and the temperature is set to about 35-45°C to avoid excessive drying temperature and damage to the quality of drying. At the same time, avoid rapid drying, which will cause the squid surface to crust, which will not facilitate the migration of moisture inside to the surface, resulting in false drying. Therefore, the drying speed must not be too fast. Set the temperature at a low temperature node of about 40℃. Use a negative pressure fan in a closed insulation room to increase the circulating air volume and wind speed inside the room, and dry at a uniform and slow speed. Usually 4-5 catties of wet squid get 1 catty of dried squid. The dried squid is clean in appearance, reddish in color, and tender and delicate in texture.
