1. Introduction of Automatic Manjoo Cake Making Machine

This model is fully automatic model. It can finish material filling, forming and roasting whole process.This machine can produce different cakes with filling by changing moulds and recipe.
Like corn shape, walnut shape, fish shape, panda shape, pine nut shape, rugby shape cake with chocolate and cream stuffing.

This machie has compact structure and not covers too much, it is more suitable for snack shops at Shopping mall, supermarket, cinema, subway, bus station, tourist zone, nearby school, park etc. Newly baked cakes are usually On-the-spot sale, customers can watch the whole making process and get the fresh tastes.

Operation:

1. Prepare stuffing and batter into hopper separately

2. Connect power, start machine

3. Set filling quantity, baking temperature and baking time on control panel

4. Machine fill batter into one side of mould pair, machine fill  stuffing into the other side of mould pair.

5. As the moulds moving forward, the stuffing mould will flip automatically to the batter mould to become one and continue baking

6. As moulds moves one cycle, the whole pair mould will unfold automatically, then worker can collect the final sanwich cakes by hand.
