Q: What's the payment terms?
A: We can accept pay by TT / Western Union. More payment terms would be accept in the future.

Q: What's the price term?
A: We just offer the EXW/FOB SHENZHEN/CIF/CFR price
    (We'd like to check the favorable freight cost for you, and arrange the shipment for you once the details confirmed.)

Q: What should be done at first before install?
A: Firstly, once you recieved it, pls check the complete pacel, and test light's basic function---lighting, to confirm it can work perfectly.
     Secondly, considering the security, We didn't charge the battery full before shipping the all in one/integrated solar street light to you, so pls charge the light at daytime for 3 days without lighting/discharging at night.
     Thirdly, pls remove the plastic wrap on the light source, and then install.

Q: How to install?
A: Fix the product with a right angle, keep the solar panel face the sky, and make sure no shelter on the surface of solar panel.

 
Q: What to do with the Rainy day or Cloudy day?
A: The all in one/integrated solar street light is rainy-proof---Waterproof grade: IP65.
     After fully charged, the battery can keep the LED working in several rainy/ cloudy days.
