Process
First
We need to cut the steel so that they can reach the requirement of the clients.
Second
Different material and shape can be made by CNC Machining.
Third
We can do the process of milling keyway and drilling holes as your requirement.
Fourth
We have gear hobbing machine, gear shaping machine and gear grinding machine. We can process the teeth accroding to the different specification.
Fifth
If the clients have hardness requirement in teeth, we can do the high-frequency quenching in teeth.
Sixth
After finishing production, we can test the hardness to make sure it can meet the requirement on the drawings.
Packing & Shipping
Packing: Plastic bag + wooden case\u007F, or according to the client's requirment.

1 Q: What are your company's main products?
A: We produce transmission parts and some mechanical equipments. And we can also source other good products for our clients in China.

A: Generally speaking, it is about one month for the transmission parts, and 3~15 workdays for the vibrating screen & conveyor machine.
