KQZ1000 Pump is a reciprocating, volumetric, single acting and horizontal five-cylinder plunger pump, with maximum input rated braking power of 1000HP. The Pump is widely used in intermittent oil well operations such as acidification, cementing, fracturing, well killing, gravel pacing, etc.
KQZ1000 is very reliable and improved from the KTZ600 Pump. It has all the advantages of the 600 pump, at the same time, with a larger input power. There are long or short structures for customers to choose from. This picture demonstrates the short pump.

1000 BHP Quintuplex Plunger Pump
The plunger's size 5'', 4 1/2'', 4'', 3 3/4'' can be selected by different cementing requirement.
Consist of a power end assembly, fluid end assembly and a reduction gear box assembly.
The reduction gear box can be mounted either on the right side or the left side of the pump. (16 different position for installation)
Improved from the original 600Pump but it has greater performance. All the quick-wear parts are interchangeable with 600pump.
There are two different fluid ends for each (3"/ 3 1/ 2"/ 4"/ 4 1/2") size of the plunger to achieve different pressure and flow
