Q: How long has your company run on home furniture?
The Vanz as a trading name was established in 2002 although it was in progress even before this, and it is a natural progression, beginning with a simple passion for antique furniture handcrafted pieces that we produce today.
Q: After an order is placed, when will deliver? What about package? Can you put label on product, print logo on box?
Usually 45days for a full mixed 40HQ, for cross back chairs can finish within 25-30 days. Other customized products need to negotiate.
Normal package is EPE to wrap, corner foam to protect, then carton.Mail Package is Honeycomb fiberboard and add plywood frame to protect.
We're able to put label and print your logo on box.
Q: What payment terms you accept?
Payment Terms: T/T, L/C, Western Union, or Cash.
Q: Does your company accept customization?
Yes, Just one picture, Our design team can structure the product.
Q: How about your company's certification?
FSC, SGS, FUMIGATION, Forma, You name it.
Q: What about the cooperation process?
Order confirmed - 30% deposit - arrange production – shipping o board - balance against copy of Bill of Lading.
Q: What about warranty and after sale service?
All of our solid oak furniture have a one-year warranty, If the products have quality problems, we will be responsible for it and
compensate for any non-human damage on our product when goods arrive in your place. Here is the solution:
Situation1: If the product can be repaired and sell again, we offer free material and tools to mending.
Situation2: If the damage is serious and product could not repair again, we offer free supply of the same product (same quality) in the next container.
Notice: We are not responsible for any damage during shipment, so please make sure everything is complete and unbroken after unpacking.
We try our best to make sure all pricing and product information is correct, but we are human, and if we do make any mistakes, we reserve the right to correct them. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.
