   This Customized Compact automatic powder coating line is mainly designed for the metal processing plant that can complete the small output and hard by manual operating workpiece, it can reduce the worker cost and save power and has the good effect of powder coating. The workpiece be loaded on the conveyor system and will be conveyed into the powder coating booth where the powder coating reciprocator spray the powder which is supplied by the powder center or huge fluidized power hopper onto the workpiece.

After that, the workpiece will be sent into the curing oven, the oven is setted the temperature(180-220°C)in advance and will help the powder stick onto the workpiece stablely.
