The product can be made of brass or 925 sterling silver.

No, they are not glued. All the CZ stones we used is AAA grade CZ with hand setting.They won't fall out.

7.How can I do custom Jewelry?
Just send us images and requirements, our designer will draw a 3D pic first. After you confirm the pic,we will make the mold and proceed production.

8.If quality problems happen, how should I do?
Just email us or call us about your problems. We will compensate or refund for you. Anyway we will try our 
best to control the quality problem to less than 1%.

9. Can I expect fast delivery if I need in urgent?
If stock style,we will arrange shipping within 5-7 work days,if no stock,every order will take about 15-20 days for production except some comlicated custom pieces. So our lead time is a big advantage for wholesalers to turn around.
