3. What the product Certification does your factory have?

We have CE  and CUPC for Solid Surface and Arylic bathtub and sink,UL for Walk in 

Tub now.but all  the techinical data was done by IAMPO engineer.

4. How is your factory production capability?

Kobia factory has a full production line including automatic injection line, Cutting line, 

Polishing line, CNC Line, Infrared bridge cutting machine, Water jet machine.
We can manufacture products up to 6000pcs per month.

5. How is your production management and quality control system?

KOBIA develops process - oriented QMS to identify and meet needs of customer requirement

 and expectation in an effective and efficient manner to achieve competitive advantage.
Strict incoming quality control,process quality checking and final product inspection enable 

us to provide high quality products and serive to our customers.

6. What is the payment term?

1) T/T 30% deposit down payment, 70% before the shipping,

    L/C, D/P, Western Union, PayPal according to different condition.

7. How long does delivery take?

After receive the deposit:
- Sample order:within 10-15 days;
- 20FT container: 20-25 days;
- 40HQ container: 30-35 days.

8. Can you arrange the shipping?

Of course, we have regular forwarder to arrange by shipping or air. 

9. Is it possible to visit KOBIA factory? Can your factory arrange transportation for me?

Sure,we warmly welcome you to visit us. It is about 1.5 hours’ drive away from Guangzhou. 

We can arrange our driver to pick you up in Guangzhou airport.
