4, How to use
1)Turn the voltage adjusting knob to the full counterclockwise position.
2) turn on the power, press the power switch, and then slowly adjust the voltage regulating knob until the voltage and current reach the required value.

before starting the machine, turn the voltage regulating knob to the full counterclockwise position;
