1. Q: Are you a factory or trading company?

A: We are factory, and we make raw materials as well finish products. We also have qualified sales team for international & domestic business in metropolis city Kunshan.

2. Q: Where is your factory and how can we go?

A: Our factory is in Taixing city, Jiangsu province. Nearest train station is WUXI High speed railway station, and from train station to our factory within half hour. Nearest airport is Hongqiao&Pudong, SHANGHAI Airport, and from airport to our factory within two hour. Before your visiting, you can contact us to arrange accommodations and pick you up from railway or airport.

3. Q: What is advantage of your factory?

A: 1) industrial fabrics-finishing products-trading service full industry chain;

2) technical peoples and advanced machineries. Our technical peoples have more than decade experience in manufacturing position. Most of our machineries are from Switzerland, Sweden, American, etc.

3) BSCI certified and ISO 9001: 2008 certified factory. We have experience to make brand products.

4. Q: How can I get some samples?

A: Samples provided by request. Customers are expected to pay freight/courier cost. We provide sample free of charge, larger size samples are expected to pay sample fee, and those sample fee will be deducted from the payment for coming orders.

5. Q: What is product leading time?

A: Usually we finish each order within 25 days. If your custom products require extensive engineering or alterations, or your orders have very large quantity, it may take even longer to complete your order. Once your orders have shipped, you will receive an email notification with tracking information. Please feel free to contact us for any other special leading time requests.

6. Q: How do you make exactly shape with my order?

A: We cut different shapes by automatic flatbed cutter. There is no rough selvedge, uneven trimmings. Round, square, circle rectangle, triangle, heart, oval, half-circle, trapezium, hexagon, pentagon, teardrop, diamond, and even irregular shapes, our advanced flatbed cutter can easily handle and controlled precise edges by EFI RIP software.

7. Q: What is your MOQ order?

A: One piece for starting. We have SBR, SCR and CR Neoprene Fabric material in stock. For others, please check minimum raw materials request with our sales before ordering.

8. Q: How does your factory do quality control?

A: Each batch of product processes QC inspection by our QC team.

1) Raw material is complied tear strength test, tensile strength test, peeling strength test, QUV accelerated weathering test, Q-SUN xenon-arc test;

2) Each order we have <product process sheet >. All this sheets are made by sales, our technical as well customers together. Our QC team is strictly obeying those <product process sheet > to checking cutting, welding, sewing, printing, packing processes.

9. Q: Can your factory print my logo on the fabric?

A: Yes. We print your logo by automatic screen printing machine, roll-to-roll UV curable digital printing machine, and HP Latex printing machine. Please provide PSD, CDR, AI designs to us, we can arrange a small printed sample for confirmation before massive production. Logos can be multicolor, giant size, anti-scratch, fading resistant, as well weather proof. 

10. Q: Can your factory do some design for my order?

A: Yes. We have designers in house. Our designers are familiar with CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, Auto CAD, as well Optitex. Our 2D and 3D design solutions cover all your final projections. Please contact our sales team for design process as well cost details.
