Not like normal plate, this sublimation plate applying our exclusively designed sublimation coating. This blank product become printable with photos exceptionally bright and vivid. The special coating provide strong adsorption capacity for sublimated ink molecules.

How to print your digital photo onto Bag?

• Sublimation Bag Steps:
  1.Take a photo.
  2.Print it out on sublimation paper ( NO.SUBOT1 ) with sublimation ink ( NO.SUBCIN ) in your Epson printer.
  3.Cut the paper image to appropriate size.
  4.Wrap the image facing in the bag printing side with high temp tape.
  5.Place the bag in the heat press heating element.
  6.Set desired temperature.
  7.Set the desired time. Longer time leads to darker impression.
  8.Take the bag out when timer buzz.
  9.Your customized bag is done! Very Simple!

It's same process for other different light fabric/polyester/sublimation coated flat products. Just different time and temp.

 

 

• Sublimation Mug Steps:
  1.Take a photo.
  2.Print it out on sublimation paper ( NO.SUBOT1 ) with sublimation ink ( NO.SUBCIN ) in your Epson printer.
  3.Cut the paper image to about 8.5 x 21 cm ( 3.3" x 8.2" ) size.
  4.Wrap the image facing in the sublimation coated mug with high temp tape.
  5.Place the mug in the mug press heating element.
  6.Set temperature to 180 ℃ ( 356 ℉ ).
  7.Set the desired time (varies from 175 to 185 seconds. Longer time leads to darker impression).
  8.Take the mug out when timer buzz.
  9.Your customized mug is done! Very Simple!

 

 

• Transfer Mug Steps:1.Take a photo.
  2.Print it out on laser transfer paper ( NO.TRANSOT20 ) with laser printer ( OKI Brand is recommended ).
  3.Cut the paper image to about 8.5 x 21 cm ( 3.3" x 8.2" ) size.
  4.Wrap the image facing in the sublimation coated mug with high temp tape.
  5.Place the mug in the mug press heating element. Mug press with moderate-high pressure
  6.Set temperature to 180 ℃ ( 356 ℉ ).
  7.Set the desired time (varies from 200 to 210 seconds. Longer time leads to darker impression).
  8.Take the mug out when timer buzz. Cool Peel the paper.
  9.Your customized mug is done! Very Simple!

Packaging and Shipping

• For small order quantities, we will send directly from the factory in China by international express SF / DHL / Fedex / UPS / TNT / Air cargo to your address.
• If products are in stock, they require 2 days for preparation. If they are not in stock, 5-15 days for production will be needed, then it may take 3-7 days to arrive after we send it.
• Orders of large quantities will be sent by sea shipment to your address. It may take 15- 60 days arrive after it is sent. The shipping time depends on the sea port, so you are welcome to check with us for the delivery time.
• Our price only includes the machine’s price and freight cost, and does not include other additional costs that may incur.
