| CPVC chlorinated method is aqueous suspension (slurry) chlorided. Because chlorinity increase, CPVC molecular not neat increases (crystallinity in the structure to drop, molecular chain's polar enhancement), thus causes its thermal deformation temperature rise. The CPVC product's application temperature may reach 110-130°C, compared the PVC enhance 30-40°C, simultaneously improved the PVC anti-chemical properties and corrosion resistance ability, can resist the anti-strong acid, the strong alkali, the salt, the fatty acid salt, the oxidant,the halogen and other chemical etching. Moreover, the CPVC tensile strength, the anti-bending strength compares PVC also to have the improvement.
