Mixing system

JS type double horizontal shaft forced concrete mixer is composed of feeding mechanism, mixing mechanism, unloading mechanism, water supply system and electrical control system.Dry hard concrete, plastic concrete, light aggregate concrete and all kinds of mortar with aggregate size of up to 80mm and gravel size up to 60mm can be mixed.

Batching system

 PLD series batching machine is used in loader or belt conveyor feeding sand batching device, can match more than three kinds of materials, with each type of mixer and other metering device matching, can be combined into automatic and semi-automatic mixing station.

 

 

Cement silo

The cement silo is a closed silo for storing materials such as cement and fly ash. Conveying system

The conveying system is divided into aggregate conveying and powder conveying.The conveying mode of aggregate at HZS50 station is lift feeding.The conveying mode of cement and admixture in HZS50 mixing plant is screw conveyor and pneumatic conveying.Whether it is the transportation of aggregate or powder, we consider to reduce the generation of dust as much as possible in the design and production;The conveying speed and efficiency of the conveying system should match the cycle time of the system.
