The build up of scale deposits is a common and costly problem in many industrial and commercial processes using natural water supplies. Scale formation is the precipitation of sparingly soluble salts, most commonly calcium carbonate, which form an encrustation on susceptible surfaces. Water naturally has many minerals and these minerals crystallize and form on the surfaces of plumbing, fixtures, heaters, and water vessels. Magnetic field physically changes the water's molecular structure, which reduces the size of the water molecules. This reduced size makes the water feel softer and behave like soft water. As a result scale is removed from plumbing, appliances and fixtures saving a lot of money & time required to replace or clean the same.

With the water acting "softer", conditioners, soaps, detergents and cleaning chemicals all perform more efficiently, as a result less of each is required. Calcium, magnesium and bicarbonates no longer build up in pipes and fittings. Cement-like limescale no longer forms on glass and screens. Plant leaf-burn from saline waters is reduced, and the effects of salinity in soil on plant growth (water-stress, stunted growth, leaf-burn and salt build-up) are reduced considerably and often prevented altogether, depending on the level of salinity and on the choice of plants. We have five different strength classes, so can therefore deal with some very bad water qualities!
Prevent calcium deposits and limescale Water is the greatest solvent known. Wherever it goes it dissolves small particles of everything it contacts. Two of the most common minerals dissolved are calcium and magnesium. These dissolved minerals cause the water to be "hard", and go on to redeposit on pipes, hot water systems, household appliances and any other surface the water may come in contact with, building up a limescale. This limescale in industry reduces efficiency of equipment, increases fuel requirements and increases maintenance time and costs. Maintaining scale-free surfaces allows maximum heat transfer and utilization of equipment. In other areas this limescale build up reduces the interior diameter of the pipe leading to inefficiency, blockage, and even total destruction of the pipe or appliance. The conditioner (water magnet) prevents "limescale" building up in household appliances that use water and surfaces like tiles, sinks and glass. And it turns hard water into soft water. Magnetic water conditioning is a superior, proven, environmentally safe, non-chemical approach to the treatment of water. In many areas of rural and urban Australia, magnetic water conditioning is the accepted treatment for a whole range of lousy bore water problems.
Reduce the effects of salinity After magnetic treatment water with higher than normal levels of SALT can be used for irrigation without harmful effects to plants. Our Magnetic Water Conditioner (water magnet) in most cases will prevent leaf burn, reduce sodium and chloride build up in plant tissue and reduce sodium and chloride build up in soil. Soil tests prove it. Sodium, chloride and salinity build-up from using saline waters will not only stop happening, previous salt build-up will leach through and the soil will return to where it was before.
Installation Instructions
1. High energy magnetizer is generally installed in the main channel, in front of all equipment that use water, to offer magnetized water to whole house. But can also install in the soft tube inlet or outlet of water purifiers, or under the shower heads.
2. Since it has advantages of simple installation, space saving, it can also be installed in each water using equipment's inlet or outlet areas.
3. Because there is possibility of reduction of magnetized water, the distance between magnetizer and equipment should not exceed 30 meters, the closer, the better.
4. The most suitable temperature for the magnetizer is not over 80 degrees C elsius, if it has to be over 80, then customers need high temperature produc t s.
5. After installation, confirm the connection is solid and water sou r ce has been connected, check if there is any leakage in the position of connection. Start using after all these are confirmed no wrong .
6. Non-professional personnel is not allowed to take magnetizers apart, in case of damaging.
