1.What's your MOQ?
For stock items, The MOQ is 50pcs, We support mix color .
If OEM color or packing, the MOQ is 1000pcs.
2.Can I get samples?
Of course. sample chager include shipping total will be 35usd.
We also can provide customised samples to you,sample cost can refund to you when you place order and order qty is above 500pcs.
3.How long is the sample lead time?
For existing samples, in 2-7 workdays will be sent out.
If you want your designs, about 5-12workdays will be ready, subjet to you designs whether they need new priting screen, etc.
4.How long is the production lead time?
For stocked colors, its fast delivery, can ship wintin 7days.
If customzied OEM order, It takes 10-35 days after received deposit and all packing materials are confirmed.
5. What documents do you need if I want my own design?
We have our own designer in company . So you can provide JPG, AI, cdr or PDF, etc. We will make 3D drawing for mold or printing
screen for your final confirmation based on technique.
6. How many colors are available?
We match colors with Pantone card or your sample. So you can just tell us the Pantone number. We will match the colors. Or we will
recommend some popular colors to you.
7. How do you ship the goods does it take to arrive?
small order can delivery by express, for big order We usually ship by sea.
8.What is your payment term?
Our normal payment term is TT 30% deposit after order signed and 70% balance payment before the shipping.
For small order, it's100% payment inadvance through alibaba.
If OEM color or packing, the MOQ is 1000pcs.
