unfaced stonewool board manufactured in three types. Marketed in PE Shrink wraps. Wall boards are used for noise, heat insulation and fire safety of lightweight partition walls, walls of staircases and elevator shafts in buildings.
Application
Application made by determining the stonewool dimensions within the interior side of buildings and placing between timber or framed profiles and through determinations of precast in carrier profiles at inner side.
Manufactured as two type, used for thermal and sound insulation of industrial applications where high temperatures up to 750 *C reached such as ovens, and fire safety for load bearing members of steel constructions.
Application
Applied by anchored pins on flat surfaces or arranging between carrier profiles, exterior surface is coated by sheet iron or plater board.
Exterior Coating boards are manufactured as unfaced, one side aluminium foil or glass tissue coated stonewool. Marketed in PE Shrink wraps. Exterior coating boards are used under glass, granite, marble and aluminium composite exterior wall claddings as thermal and sound insulation.
Application
Can be placed between carrier profiles in determined exterior plates or directiy applied to exterior wall by using concrete inserts. Aluminium foil coated plates placed outward the insulation side. Cladding over the insulation fixed through its installation detail. The facing material on the stonewool makes it get less Moist in it.
