1.Can I use this on my skin?
A:No,Our Essential Oil is a pure essential oil,They can be used on your skin but should be mixed with a carrier oil like jojoba oil, coconut oil or Argan oil.Generally,for the body ,the concentration should be diluted with 1%-3% essential oil ,and the body part should be 3%-5%.
2.Can the same single essential oil be used continuously?
A:It is recommended not to use the same essential oil for more than three weeks,and please avoid using the same essential oil every day ,which will lead to your body accustomed to this essential oil,then the effect will go worse.
