Product structure
The product structure consists of a pre-cooled silo, a crushing chamber, a cyclone separator, a liquid nitrogen tank, a control cabinet, and an automatic feed (discharge) mechanism.
Working Principle
Liquid nitrogen is used as a cold source. The material to be pulverized is cooled at low temperature to achieve embrittlement and easy to pulverize. After entering the pulverizer cavity, the material rotates at a high speed through the cutter head. Repeated impact, collision, shear, friction and other combined effects can achieve the crushing effect. It can crush materials that cannot be crushed at normal temperature. The high output and high mesh number (adjustable) ensure that the physical properties of Chinese medicinal materials remain unchanged.
