Q1. What’s your MOQ?

A1.  For OEM order (customizing logo ect.), according to the different items have

       different MOQ.

       Generally, each item each color cannot less than 1000pcs.

       For online orders, MOQ is 2 pcs per color.

Q2. What's the delivery time?

A2.  For OEM orders, lead time from 30~45 days.

        For online orders, lead time from 3~15 days.

Q3. Do you accept which payment?

A3. For the bigger amount, we could accept T/T by a bank, L/C, Trade Assurance.

Q4. What are the payment terms?

A4. For OEM orders, 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment.

Q5. How to arrange the delivery?

A5. (1) If you have an agent in China, after receiving the payment, we will delivery the cargos to your agent;

      (2) If you have no agent in China, after you confirm the final orders, we will check the shipping details and cost for you.

Q6. How about the quality of the product?

A6. All products are inspected by our QC team.

     For OEM products, we could produce depending on your requirement in CE/ROHS/Nickle etc.

Q7. Could I get some samples before making the order?

A7. Sure, samples could be arranged for you to check the quality. Any detail, pls mail us ASAP.
