1.What testing do you have to ensure the quality of IVF products? We have our own cell culture lab to carry out MEA ( Mouse Embryo Assay) to test our IVF products, also we have microbiological lab and chemical lab to do the daily testing of Quality Control. For every batch of IVF product, we will provide CoA(certificate of Analysis) for your reference.
2.Can you provide technical support of your products ? Yes, we have instruction of use for products, if you are new in IVF field, we also provide technical support for IVF lab.
3.Can you provide us a competitive price and good quality products? We have our strict criteria of quality on our products as professional manufacturer, price goes to different level depends on the quantity, but we never compromise on quality.
4.What is the charge standard about the Samples and shipment? For our first cooperation, buyer will only pay shipping cost ,we will provide free sample under 100 USD. For our old customer, we will send free sample and pay shipment within 100 USD. Sample delivery date is within 7-10 days if there is stock, customized design is about 15-30 days.
