Packaging
1. OEM is our special service than other suppliers. We own more than 10 years experience of OEM service, and cooperated with package factories seperated in different province of China for more than 10 years.
2. Packages can be sachets, Tins, Gift Bag, Gift Box, Zipped Foil Bag, Vacuum Bag, Kraft Paper Bag...All packages can be confirmed with us, we will try our best to meet with our customers' demand in package material.
3. For Loose leaf tea without special package requirement, we will pack loose leaf teas with inner PP bag and firm standard corrugated box(40cm*30cm*40cm and 60cm*40cm*40cm).
4. Stickers or Design Printing on packages are all supported by FML TEA. If your order quantity is in the start-up period, we would suggest you put stickers on packages and the packages can be re-used only by changing stickers design.
For color printed packages, the MOQ would be high when we place orders from package factory, it is their rigid provision. As our customers, if the production design won't be easily changed, the left packages after production can stock in our warehouse.
Shipping
1. The fastest shipment is by Air, as usual, 2-5 days after flight departured from XIAMEN airpot, cargos will arrive at destinational airport. For this shipping way, it is mainly to meet with customers' urgent demand, especially for Christmas Sale Season.
2. The most common way used for Tea shipment is by Sea, it is the most economic shipping way among all transportation methods. Compared to other ways, the defect is too slow to arrive.
For different market, the transportation time is different
For Japan and South Asia, the transportation date is about 5-15 days.
For the city of Los Angeless and Long Beach of USA, the transportation date is about 18-22 days. For other city of USA, the transportation date is about 29-42 days.
For European area, the transportation date is about 27-38 days.
For The Middle East area, the transportation date is about 29-37 days.
3. Express Delivery is suitable to small quantity order, which may be 1-10 CTNS.
For Express shipment, we highly recommend shipping heavy goods in this way instead of light goods. The best way of light goods can consider the shipment by Sea.
We always ship samples and wholesale goods by Express, and cargos can be received by customers in 9 days after warehouse delivery.

As for Offline order, we also accept the payment of T/T, D/P, D/A and Super L/C.
According to our company' payment terms, as usual, the terms follow as below,
1. If order Value below 10,000 dollars, we execute 100% Pre-payment.
2. If order Value ranges from 10,000 dollars to 50,000 dollars, we execute 80% Pre-payment and the balance against the copy of Bill Of Lading.
3. If order Value exceeds 50,000 dollars, we execute the payment by 50% Pre-Payment, 30% of balance against the copy of Bill of Lading and the 20% left will be paid after the arrival of cargos.
Payment way will be negotiated further more based on customers' mind.

1. XIAMEN FML IMP.&EXP.,CO.LTD located in Huli district, XIAMEN, is responsible to the import and export busines and established in 2005.
2. XIAMEN MINGCHAO TEA INDUSTRY CO.,LTD is our tea factory located in Tong'an district where covers more than 4,000 m2, including different workshops.
Tea packing, Stocking, Teabags Tea(Flat Single chamber Paper Teabag, Pramid Nylon Teabag)production, container layout, all are proceeded in our factory.
Our factory is HACCP, HALAL, EU&USDA Organic, ISO 22000, QS and SC certificated.
3. GUIZHOU FML TEA INDUSTRY CO.,LTD is composed of 2 tea gardens, and the areas are 1080 acres and 2100 acres and other cooperated tea gardens are more than 10,000 acres area. Among all the tea gardens, the organic tea garden area is around 2100 acres. Two primary processing factories were built to process the raw tea materials, and their areas are 1500 square and 1000 squares respectively. In addition, another tea refinery factory with its 4000 square area was developed in XIAMEN. Our tea production capacity is around 600 tons to 800 tons by annually, and the main products are black tea, jasmine tea, blooming tea, white tea, and various teabags, functional teas, flavor teas,etc...Currently, we have 6 professional tea masters, and 3 out of them are famous in the tea line.
We have three experienced and reputed tea masteris, Mr. Cai and Mr.Lan and Mr.Huang, who works together to guarantee the quality of our teas.
