1.      This is my first time to buy the laser machine , but i do not know how to choose , could you recommand me one suit ?

Ok , of course , choose one suit laser machine , it depends on your max working size , our standard working size including 500*300mm, 600*400mm, 1000*600mm, 1200*800mm, 1200*900mm, 1300*900mm, 1300*1800mm, 1300*2500mm ect

 

 2.   My computer support the xp system, does your machine can operate ?

We suggest you should better use the win8 system

 

 3.   I want to mass processing , does your machine can continue working?

Yes, our machine can work 18 hours continue , but after the machine worked 3-4 hours, we suggest you close the machine for 15 or half an hour , this can protect the laser tube and extend the machine using lifetime

 

 4.      If in my working , some machine parts can not work well or broken , what should i do ?

Please do not warry about this problems, we adopt the original or imported machine parts , we guarantee the machine for 1 year, if some machine parts is broken or can not work well (quality problems ), we can free charge to replace it within warranty
