TY series full automatic box gluing machine is composed of vacuum paper feeding department, gluing and folding department and counting and stacking output department, digital display control, double frequency conversion synchronous operation, with simple, fast, reliable and accurate control mode.Automatic paper supply, automatic gluing and folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking and output, average speed of gluing box is 200m/min, high speed, energy saving and labor cost saving.

1. The paper feeding department

1) belt leading edge suction paper feeding method is adopted, which is accurate and reliable.

2) the use of high-grade electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic brake system, so that the paper feeding part can be independently controlled, simple and reliable operation.

3) the height of the line pressing wheel is adjustable, suitable for the cardboard thickness of 2-8mm.

4) linkage with folding part, frequency conversion speed control, paper supply speed 0-200m/min.

5) the front baffle of the paper feeding department and the paper belt are adjustable.

2. Gluing and folding section

1) the main motor adopts frequency conversion speed regulation system with no noise and stable speed regulation.

2) adopt imported high friction belt conveying paperboard, automatic folding.

3) stainless steel wheel coating, uniform amount of glue, no fault and save glue.

4) the folding part is equipped with a cardboard correction device and an indentation correction device.

5) the folding part has two rows of adjustable inner positioning regulating wheel system, with higher molding accuracy.

3. Counting and stacking department

1) automatic stacking and patting output.

2) the main motor of the counting department is variable frequency and speed adjustable, stable and reliable when started up.

3) conveyor carton with belt, stacked neatly, speed 0-200m/min.

4) beat the carton with flapping board, which has the function of rectifying deviation and small deviation.

5) counting and pushing adopts pneumatic method, PLC electric control, reliable, accurate and fast action.

6) adopt PLC programming controller and touch screen digital control, simple operation, reliable action, non-stop input data, automatic counting.

7) the output part adopts the synchronous compression mode of conveying belt at the bottom and pressing belt at the top, so that the finished carton is bonded firmly and neatly without dislocation and output.
