The black housing of YZ1515x type of pump head is made of Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) has excellent heat resistance, flame retardancy, insulation, high strength and hardness, excellent mechanical properties, good product dimensional stability, can be processed by a variety of molding methods, and can be precise forming. Because PPS has good affinity with inorganic fillers, reinforcing fibers and compatibility with other polymer materials, it can be made into different reinforcing filler materials and polymer alloys.

Typical application : Chemical industry/ packing machine/printing /fine chemical...etc.

The white housing of YZ1515x type of pump head is made of Polysulfone (PSF) resin has good rigidity and toughness, high temperature resistance, heat oxidation resistance, long-term use in the temperature range of -100℃~150℃, excellent creep resistance, and corrosion resistance of inorganic acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. Resistance to ionizing radiation, non-toxic, good insulation and self-extinguishing, easy to form and process



Typical application : Medical/ Lab/ Analytical Instruments..etc.



YZ series pump heads are designed for easy-to-use peristaltic pump system. With these pump heads, tubing loading becomes very easy and fast. The pump heads can be stackable for multi-channel pumping and adapt easily to OEM applications. PPS housing of Pump head is steady, autoclavable (150℃), but organic solvent non-resistance. While PPS housing of pump head is organic solvent resistance. The rotor material is stainless steel.
