2.The complete set of electrical appliances and control system uses French Schneider (low voltage, PLC, touch screen, servo, etc.)with10.1-inch large touch screen, CAN bus control, Ethernet communication.
3.Cylinders and solenoid valves and other pneumatic components use the world's most famous brand FESTO (Festo), imported from Germany.
4.Sensors use time top brand SICK (SICK), imported from Germany.
5.The rolling bearing is Japanese NSK, the joint bearing is Japanese IKO, and the ball linear bearing is Japanese IKO.
6.Linear bearings use imported igus engineering plastic bearings from Germany, self-lubricating, dust-proof and
corrosion-resistant, super wear-resistant.
7.The machine surface uses the European standard surface blasting technology.
8.The frame material of the whole machine is SUS304 stainless steel,which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance and very strong.
9.The main mounting plate is made of a whole 20mm SUS304 stainless steel plate by laser, and the machine door is made of tempered glass with a thickness of 12mm.
