How to choose a better lighting for poultry barn?
♦ Dimming range
Precise Triac dimming provide a very smooth dimming as low as 0.2% without any flicker to ensure that there is a very comfortable environment for the chickens.
Because chicken eyes are very sensitive to the flicker problem, which could make the chickens nervous, cause them to fight, and unwilling to eat and drink.
♦ IP67 Structural waterproof
As poultry farm is an application where will be watered by high pressure water, structural design uses techniques and materials that withstand harsh barn environment for years to come.
It is different from the Glue waterproof, never been melted and leaked by heat and time pass.
♦ IK10 material
All materials (IK10) outside the light must be mix by certain PMMA + PC because of PMMA is anti-ammonia and PC is stronger. (could load a car)

With PMMA and PC mixed technology could make lamp color will not get effected.
♦ LED VF must be same
As 2835 LED chip has a VF range from 2.9v-3.4v. So normally if one lamp is made by 2.9v LED, the other one is made by 3.4v LED, then you could not see the difference when they are 100% on, but you would see big difference when you dim to both lamps less than 2% between two lamps.
As I explained chicken is very sensitive to lighting brightness, that is why to choose the same VF range is extremely important.
