       Made in China paper ceramic fiber tube , it is  used for gating systems include tubes, elbows, tees, pouring cups, filter holders and other special sizes products. The product is green, low-carbon, energy-saving and environmentally, easy to assemble, stable and reliable in quality. It is an ideal upgrade product for ceramic casting system. Light paper- ceramic gating system is widely used in the lost foam and precision casting industries.

    

 

 

     2.  Features of our products

 

     1.      Light weight, easy to assemble. The weight is only one tenth of the ceramic           products, and the labor intensity of the workers is reduced  more than 70%.

    2.      High temperature resistance and good insulation. The molten iron pouring at 1600 °C without crack, and the fluidity of molten iron increases  more than 60 seconds, which greatly improves the yield of castings.

    3.      Good seal and strict  interface., casting will have lower sand defects since sand can’t go into the gating system through the connection of pouring products, so ensure the quality of castings

   4.      Excellent performance and high strength. During high- speed pouring the metal,without any cracking, non-sticking, anti-slag, anti-corrosion  ,and refractoriness over 1700 °C.

   5.       No carbonation, carburization, and no change in the material and properties of the castings
