We have 15,000mw laser , which can engrave metal materials such as stainless steel and alumina. 3. The blade can be engraved plastic, cork wood, acrylic, pvc, pcb, plywood or the like material 4. ER11 needs shrink fitting. Both the spindle and ER11 have the correct diameter, but ER11 is designed to be minus tolerence to spindle so you cannot put it on directly. 5. Offline controller supports offline work, you will not need to connect to a computer 6. You can choose offline controller or laser 7. We have EU , US, AU, UK adapters and I will send the correct plugs according to your country.(Please leave the message to tell me which one you need) Without message, we will send the EU plug。 8. Q: Does this machine need to be assembled when I received it? A: This machine comes as a kit. You need to assemble it yourself. All tools and part are included in the kit. We will provide you the detaied manual. Q: Are there software and instructions can I get it? A:The sets includesthe software and instructions Q: Whick type computer system can run its software? A:The software only support the Windows system. Q: What's the laser's lifetime? A: The laser module have over 6,000 hours lifetime. Q: What material can it engrave? A:Wood, bamboo, plastic, paper, leather, rubber, etc Q:What material can it cut?
A:cork wood, paper, thin leather. Q:Can I use it to cut or engrave on metal? A:It can engrave stainless steel Q: How long can the machine work continuously? A: It can work continuously about 45 minutes, after the laser mould cool down(about half of an hour), then start work again. Long time work continuously with shorten the laser module liftetime. Q: When I receive it, how to let it work? A: Fist of all, you need to plug the stepper motor power cable to the controller board, then installl the software and the driver, power supply the machine,that's all.
