30 Years Factory High Efficiency Mini Double Acting Gas Booster Pneumatic Clamp Cylinder

1. CW-GBT series gas booster pump is a double-acting double-head type booster pump. It is made of aluminum alloy and stainless steel. It can use 17-4PH, 15-5PH, 440C, nickel-based alloy, Hastelloy and other materials to meet special media.
2. The booster pump drives the gas inlet to G1/2", the drive pressure is ≤ 8.3 Bar, and the drive piston of this series is 160 mm in diameter. Some products have exhaust cooling function.
3. CW-GBT series gas booster pump products are characterized by supercharging in case of large differential pressure between initial pressure and output pressure.
4. The CW-GBT series of gas booster pumps are mainly used in applications where the initial air pressure is low and the output pressure is required to be high, so it is very suitable for various high pressure gas tests or as a simple high pressure gas source.

Air Driven Gas Booster Pump Features:

1. Safety Operation: Use air driving, no electric arc and spark, suitable for the place with flammable and explosive gas;
2. Convenient to Use: Without any power supply, use the compressed air as the power source to pressurize the gas to
    make the outlet pressure reach N times pressure of the inlet pressure.
3. Energy Saving: When the outlet pressure reaches the preset pressure value, the air booster valve will automatically

   stop working. When the outlet pressure is lower than the preset pressure value, it will automatically add the pressure

   and keep the pressure constant. No extra energy will be consumed when holding the pressure;
4. Easy Adjustment: Output pressure can be adjust by the driving pressure, pressure is infinitely adjustable;
5. Booster pump service life is long, natural cooling, without cooling system.

6. Widely Application: Working medium can be air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, methane, natural gas and other special gases;
